These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish a binding agreement between you and Maholla B.V. ("Panel Owner"). By participating in any surveys through our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree or lack the legal capacity to accept these Terms, you must refrain from participating. In the event of translation discrepancies, the English version of this document will take precedence.

Participation is solely at the discretion of Maholla B.V. and is subject to compliance with these Terms.

You must provide accurate and truthful information. Any misrepresentation or incomplete data may disqualify you from earning rewards and may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree to adhere to all applicable laws and the platform's rules when participating in surveys or using the platform.

Incentives are granted for successfully completing surveys. To earn incentives, you must fully complete a survey. The Survey Owner has the sole authority to decide whether a survey has been successfully completed. No purchase is required to participate. Incentives differ from survey to survey and are displayed in the app before you begin. Any additional rewards or promises made within the survey or elsewhere are not guaranteed by us, and we are not responsible for providing them. Monetary withdrawals of incentives are subject to minimum limits, which vary depending on the payment method. These limits are outlined in the app and may change over time.

You must be the sole owner and operator of the account used to receive incentives. You are not allowed to transfer, assign, or send any portion of the incentives to an account owned or operated by someone else. If you do not respond to a Survey for six (6) months, your incentives may be forfeited, your membership terminated, and your account deleted. Additionally, you are responsible for any taxes or duties arising from incentives earned or redeemed, and we will not be held accountable for any tax obligations resulting from these incentives. If you engage in any abuse, rule violations, misrepresentation, or breach of terms, your Survey participation may be suspended, altered, or terminated, and any earned incentives may be canceled or withheld. In such cases, we will not be liable to you.
You may only participate in Surveys and use the Survey App in a way that does not violate our intellectual property rights or those of others. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all materials—including but not limited to code, concepts, text, designs, graphics, images, videos, music, sounds, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and their arrangement (collectively referred to as "Content")—are protected by intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, and patents, or are subject to applications for such rights worldwide. These rights are owned or licensed by us, our affiliates, the Survey Owner, or third-party owners. You are not granted any license to use, reproduce, distribute, or display the Content in any way, including posting it on websites, social media, or blogs. All intellectual property rights are fully reserved. Unauthorized use of any Content traced back to you may result in legal action.
Incentives will be credited to your account as displayed in the app's "Invite Friends" section for each valid user who installs the Maholla B.V. app using your unique referral link.
If the referred user does not use your referral link, they can alternatively enter your referral code in the app's Settings within seven days of signing up. However, users who download the app through advertisements or marketing campaigns may not qualify as valid referrals.
Incentives apply only to referred users who reside in the same country where you registered.
The user's country of registration is determined solely by Maholla B.V.. If the referred user is in a different country, incentives may be reduced or unavailable for both you and the referred user.
For referrals where you earn a percentage of their earnings, only earnings from completed surveys and games (marked as "Survey Complete" and "Arcade Payout") are eligible. Bonuses, earnings from their referrals, or goodwill payments are excluded. Referral commission is only applied to gross earning amounts by the referred user greater than or equal to $0.10, €0.10 or £0.10. For avoidance of doubt, the referrer will not earn commission when the commission amount is smaller than $0.01, €0.01 or £0.01.
Incentives are issued only to users with active accounts in good standing that are not suspended or terminated.
Users must be 18 years or older and reside in a supported country. At Maholla B.V.'s discretion, younger users may also be considered eligible.
Only valid users who pass our quality checks and complete the signup process will qualify as referrals. All decisions regarding referral validity are final.
You must provide accurate information when promoting your referral code or link.
Using misleading or false information to promote the app or referral program may result in forfeited incentives, disqualification from the program, and account termination.
You must use the latest version of the Maholla B.V. app downloaded from the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store to view and claim valid incentives. Outdated or unofficial app versions may display inaccurate information, and such incentives will not be honored.
Invitations are sent using other apps on your device. Any costs incurred while sending invites are your responsibility.
Maholla B.V. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge and accept that participating in a Survey and using or browsing a Survey App is entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we, along with our clients, affiliates, third parties, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, content providers, and licensors, do not make any warranties—whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free participation, the outcomes of your participation, the reliability or accuracy of any information or services offered through the Survey or Survey App, except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither we nor our affiliates, third parties, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors, successors, or assignees will be liable to you for any issues related to this agreement, your submissions, or any damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, reliance-based, exemplary, or consequential damages, loss of profits, anticipated savings, or other indirect losses, regardless of whether we were warned of the possibility of such damages. These liability limitations and disclaimers apply regardless of the type of legal action and will remain in effect even in cases of fundamental breaches, failure of the contract's essential purpose, or failure of an exclusive remedy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, advertisers, and other third parties—including their directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns—against any and all damages, costs, liabilities, and losses (including legal fees) resulting from third-party claims related to your participation in a Survey, use of a Survey App, submissions made to us or a designated third party, or violations of these Terms, to the extent that such damages or losses were caused by your actions.
Maholla B.V. reserves the right to modify the platform, its content, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
